The 高级能源项目经理/Technical is anticipated to serve as a resource and mentor regarding energy efficiency analysis of the built environment. This position reports to the 新星能源集团 Manager. Specific job responsibilities are as follows:

Authoring and reviewing ASHRAE Level I, II, III energy audit reports

Mentor and train field assessors on energy auditing best practices

5 or more years of experience developing ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits of commercial and multifamily properties

Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail

Understanding of building mechanical systems and controls

Understanding of building maintenance and operational best practices

Clear, timely communication with internal and external resources and stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture preferred
