The 高级能源项目经理/Technical is anticipated to serve as a resource and mentor regarding energy efficiency analysis of the built environment. This position reports to the 新星能源集团 Manager. Specific job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Authoring and reviewing ASHRAE Level I, II, III energy audit reports

  • Mentor and train field assessors on energy auditing best practices

  • Contribute to strategic growth of the energy efficiency division by improving business processes, 抵押品, 并按要求交付

  • 5 or more years of experience developing ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits of commercial and multifamily properties

  • Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail

  • Understanding of building mechanical systems and controls

  • Understanding of building envelope systems

  • Understanding of building maintenance and operational best practices

  • Clear, timely communication with internal and external resources and stakeholders

  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • 5+ years’ experience conducting energy efficiency analysis

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture preferred

  • Current, valid state driver’s license (position requires an acceptable motor vehicle record history)
